I have a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from BIOLA University, La Mirada, CA; Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Capella University, Minneapolis, MN; and a PhD in Psychology from Northcentral University, Prescott Valley, AZ. I am licensed as a Psychologist in the state of California and I have over 20 years experience working with men, women, adolescents, couples, and families, as well as training professionals and executives. I have provided pastoral counseling and have worked in addiction recovery, mental health, have been the keynote speaker at CEU (Continuing Education Unit) events, and have provided training for professionals working with trauma. I have presented at women’s retreats, conferences, and luncheons, and have provided one-on-one psychotherapy, one-on-one coaching, in-person, telehealth using Doxy and Zoom; social media, using Facetime and Skype; and via telephone.
Using Biblically-based principles, my passion is to help people identify and change behaviors that lead to problems in their lives. I believe it all begins with improving communication within families, among friends, and in the workplace.
